Inner Healing and Deliverance means freedom from the hurt and pain we carry around in life. Many refer to this collection of negative life experiences as “ baggage”. The deepest wounds are usually caused by severe trauma, abuse or just the result of the “life happens stuff”. These negative life experiences can be physical abuse, verbal abuse, sexual abuse, physical pain or any emotional pain that we cannot cope with or hinders us from applying biblical principles. LECI provides training to develop new and existing leaders in bible-centered leadership principles. For example, the principle of multiplication is at the core of Jesus’ teachings. During His time on earth, Jesus trained His twelve disciples and also influenced many outside this group. It is evident by Jesus’ encounters with rulers and religious leaders that Jesus not only taught the disciples God’s ways, but He also knew and understood each of them on a personal level inclusive of their resident gifts. Jesus knew how to motivate the disciples to act and He also prepared the disciples for taking over Jesus’ ministry where He left off.

At LECI we have discovered that it is possible for children to grasp deep spiritual truths. As a result, each child is viewed as an active member of the Body of Christ.
